Q: Can I order without logging in to an account?

Q: How to check my order status?

A: Order statues including the shipping progress could be monitored under your order page. And once your items delivered, an email with tracking number will be sent immediately, and with that, you can tracking the shipping according to the number.

 

Q: Where is my item shipped from?

A: All items will be shipped from Shenzhen(China) warehouse, and we'll provide free shipping services. Click here to know more about the shipping fee issues.

 

Q: How to confirm if the item fits my car?

A: Normally, our Vehicle Specific GPS Head Unit fits the car without original GPS navigation. To confirm, please contact our service team for help. And if some pictures of the current car dashboard and other information, it would be more helpful.

 

Q: Do I need to pay any customs duty or VAT for importing?

A: Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price, and so OnKar won't take care of that. Check with your local customs authority to know the exact rates please before your shopping.


Q: Is it possible to return the item and refund if I was asked by the Customs to pay the import duty but I do not wish to?
A: Order cancellation in this situation is not available. So please check with your local customs authority first.
