OnKar’s returns and warranty policy only applicable for products that purchased on OnKar official websites, onkar.cn
We are not responsible for products sold by an eBay reseller, Amazon reseller or your local reseller. The warranty of these products will depend on the policy of the resellers themselves.
We offer 1-year warranty for all OnKar products, including Android car GPS head units, headrest players and accessories, including technical support and free repair service. Warranty policy does not apply for free gifts that we provided.
Warranty time starts from the day when you receive and accept the parcel.
If requested, OnKar will still provide technical support and suggestions for products out of warranty.
Return for product issue
0 - 30 days
- Return for exchange: Customer needs to send the product back as requested and pay for the shipping back. We'll test it first after receiving the returned package, and then send you a brand new unit and we'll take care of the shipping of the new unit.
- Return for refund: Customer needs to send the product back as requested, and pay for the shipping back, while we’ll refund the product cost only to you after testing the product, so shipping charges would be excluded when refund.
30 days - 1 year
Return for non-product issue0 - 14 days
- We offer free maintenance service. Customer needs to send the product back as requested, and pay for the shipping back. We'll test and repair the returned unit. The maintenance time needed depends on what the problems are with the unit. After repairing and QC checked, we'll send the unit to you and pay for the shipping.
- Return for exchanging a new unit
- Installed: If the unit has been installed,returning for exchanging a new unit would not be available.
- Not installed: Customer needs to send the product back as requested and pay for the shipping back. We'll check the returned unit, and if okay, customer needs to pay for the difference between the two units, and we don't provide free shipping again.
- Return for refund
- Installed: If the unit has been installed,returning for refunding would not be available.
- Not installed: Customer need to send the product back as requested and pay for the shipping back. We'll check the returned unit and if okay, refunding will be proceeded after the shipping cost that we paid excluded.
Note: The items should be returned in the same condition as we packed before shipping, and we reserve the rights to refuse returned items if you have open and installed it or not in a resalable condition when returned.
After 14 days
- Return for exchanging a new unit or refunding would not be available.
- Please check the parcel before signing. If the product is damaged during shipping, please make a note on the carrier's delivery bill, take photos as evidences and contact us within 5 days.
- Please check all items in the package after receiving it. If there is accessories missed, please contact us within 14 days.
- Please contact us before returning, we’ll provide the necessary information for returning. If customer does not contact us before returning, we reserve the rights to reject the parcel and send it back to you at your cost.
- Customer pays for the cost of installation, uninstallation, and import tariffs and taxes if any.
- It's advised that customer seeks for professional assistance before installation, but we will provide technical support as much as we can, and we are not responsible for product defects caused by improper installation and operations.
- OnKar reserves the final interpretation of this warranty policy.
